NOCIL updates on allotment of options

NOCIL Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated June 09, 2009 regarding Grant of Stock Options, that the Exercise Price is Rs 25.35 per Option (i.e. closing price of equity share of the Company on BSE on June 08, 2009), instead of Rs 23.40 as stated in the said announcement. Other terms remain unchanged.

The stock closed the day at Rs.26.65, down by Rs.1.20 or 4.31%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.50 and low of Rs.26.50.

The total traded quantity was 1418711 compared to 2 week average of 1325188.
