Nissan Copper allots 2.33 crore warrants

Nissan Copper Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 08, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 2,33,00,000 (Two Crores Thirty Three Lacs only) Fully Convertible Equity Share Warrants on Preferential Basis to the Promoters / Independent Investors as against 2,36,50,000 (Two Crores Thirty Six Lacs Fifty Thousand only) as per In principle approval received by Stock Exchanges and as per the approval by the Share Holders in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 14, 2009.
