Marudhupandi Finance EGM to consider name change

Marudhupandi Finance Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on December 27, 2006 to consider the change the name of the Company from "Star Age Infotech Ltd" to "Four K Animation Ltd", subject to availability of name and the approval of other Regulatory authorities.
