Yokogawa establishes 100% subsidiary company in India

Yokogawa India Ltd has announced that Yokogawa Engineering Asia Pte Ltd, 100% subsidiary of Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Japan, one of the leading companies in the instrumentation industry, will be shortly establishing a 100% subsidiary company in India for the purpose of supporting its R&D activities. This company, known as Yokogawa IA Technologies India Pvt Ltd, will be located at ITPB, Bangalore and will be operational from around January 2007.
