Bluechip Tex to consider venturing into power generation

Bluechip Tex Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 14, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To considering venturing into the business of power generation, distributing, trading etc.

2. To issue notes for Postal Ballot if resolution (1) is approved.

3. To appoint scrutinizers for the Postal Ballot, if resolution at (1) & (2) is approved.
