Consolidated Securities to acquire shares of Asian Oilfield Services

Consolidated Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 20, 2006, has decided to make an application to acquire 16,50,000 Equity shares at a price of Rs 20.50 per equity shares and 12,70,000 Warrants at a price of Rs 20.50 per warrant, each convertible into equity shares within the stipulated period of 18 months of Asian Oilfield Services Ltd, Vadodara, a Company listed on BSE, on preferential basis in accordance with SEBI (DIP) Guidelines on Preferential Allotment.

The Board of Directors of M/s. Asian Oilfield Services Ltd has approved the above allotment at its Meeting held on November 30, 2006 subject to approval of members in their Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to be held on December 29, 2006.
