Sandesh enters into business co-operation with Bennett Coleman

Sandesh Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into Business Co-Operation Arrangement Agreement with Bennett Coleman & Company Ltd (The Times of India Group) on October 06, 2006. As a part of the said Agreement, it has been agreed in between both the Companies to co-operate, interalia, in the areas of Printing Infrastructure, Circulation, Joint Card/ Joint Space Marketing, sharing of editorial contents etc.

Accordingly, effective from December 01, 2006, the Joint Advertising Rates for advertisement in Both the Company and Times of India, (in Gujarat State covering Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Rajkot and Bhavnagar editions of the Company) will be available to the public. Besides effective from December 01, 2006 the stand alone rates (rates for advertisement in only the Company) for the Company has also been revised which are also available to the public for advertisement.
