Cubical Financial to allot 1 crore shares

Cubical Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2009, has decided to allot upto 1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Company on a preferential Allotment Basis. For the purpose, Mr. Ashwani Gupta, Managing Director of the Company have been authorized to do all such necessary acts and to take all necessary regulatory approvals as may be required in this regard. He has been asked to sought the application from the interested investors for the preferential allotment upto 1,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each of the Company.
