Borosil Glass to consider setting up of project in Uttaranchal

Borosil Glass Works Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 11, 2006, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To further deliberate on the feasibility of project at Uttranchal; and

2. To consider issue of warrants carrying a right to subscribe to equity shares of the Company, on a preferential basis to the promoters.
