Amtek Auto to consider preferential issue on May 25, 2009

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2009, to consider and approve the issuances of warrants to the promoters of the Company by way of preferential allotment.

The stock was trading at Rs.145.05, down by Rs.1.70 or 1.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.146.35 and low of Rs.143.
