Bank of Rajasthan Ltd to raise Rs 50 crores

Bank of Rajasthan Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on May 14, 2009 has approved issue of Unsecured Non-Convertible Redeemable Subordinated Tier-II Bonds (Series VII) up to Rs 50 crores.

The stock closed the day at Rs.54.40, up by Rs.1.65 or 3.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.55 and low of Rs.52.55.

The total traded quantity was 433188 compared to 2 week average of 326538.
