Hon'ble High Court of Delhi approves Scheme of Amalgamation of Kalindee Rail

Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers Ltd has announced that Company's petition to Hon'ble Delhi High Court was listed for hearing on November 30, 2006. The Hon'ble Company Judge of Delhi High Court has approved the Scheme of Merger/Amalgamation of Kalindee India Projects & Engineering Services Ltd with the Company.
