Schrader Duncan to sell surplus land at Mulund

Schrader Duncan Ltd has announced that the Company is in the process of closing a sale transaction of surplus unutilizable land at its Mulund Location and expect to complete the transaction during the current financial year. The sale realization will be around Rs 28 crores.

As a part of reorganizing its activity, the Company’s Pneumatic Division has been recently shifted to Mahape about 15 kilometers from Mulund. The Automotive Division of the Company engaged in the manufacture of tyre tube valves and accessories continues to operate out of Mulund.
