Dutron Polymers to issue shares on rights basis at Rs.20

Dutron Polymers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 02, 2006 has considered and decided the following:

1. Approval of Letter of offer for the proposed right issue of 30,00,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 10/- (Issue Price Rs 20/-) per Equity shares to the existing equity shareholders of the Company in the ratio 1 equity shares for every 1 Equity shares held.

2. The Board fixed the following dates for the said right issue:

Issue Opening Date - January 01, 2007

Last date for receiving request for split form - January 15, 2007

Issue Closing Date - January 30, 2007
