MVL Industries to consider preferential issue on May 22, 2009

MVL Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2009, inter alia, to consider and take on record the proposal to issue convertible warrants on preferential basis to Promoters and Promoters Group.

The stock was trading at Rs.15.20, up by Rs.0.45 or 3.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.70 and low of Rs.15.05.
