BSL Shareholders & Creditors to approve Scheme of Arrangement

BSL Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court for Rajasthan at Jodhpur, the meetings of shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors will be held on January 06, 2007 to consider and approve scheme of Arrangement for Amalgamation of subsidiary company M/s BSL Wulfing Ltd with the Company subject to approval from Hon’ble High Court Jodhpur and other Government authorities.
