Country Club forfeits warrant application money

Country Club India Ltd has announced that the warrant holders of the Company have not exercised their 6 lakhs warrants allotted on November 16, 2007 @ Rs 600/- per warrant, to convert into equity Shares of the Company which were due for conversion on May 15, 2009.

According, the said warrants were expired and the Company has forfeited the advance amount of Rs 3,60,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crore Sixty Lakhs only) being 10% money collected on the warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.17.25, up by Rs.0.75 or 4.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.30 and low of Rs.17.

The total traded quantity was 882537 compared to 2 week average of 224538.
