Xo Infotech allots 1.5 crore warrants

Xo Infotech Ltd has announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held n May 19, 2009, and subject to the approval of the shareholders at their Meeting held on June 21, 2008, it has been decided to allot 1,50,00,000 convertible Equity warrants on Preferential basis to the following allottes. Further the Company has received on applications a sum of Re 1.5/- per warrant amounting to Rs 2.25/- crores (Rupees Two Crore twenty five Lakhs Only) towards these warrants.

EXDON TRADING COMPANY LTD was allotted 10,00,000 warrants, SIDHI VINAYAK PIPE & FITTING ORIVATE LTD - 20,00,000 warrants, GIRISH METALS PVT LTD - 20,00,000 warrants, SONIKA GRANITES PVT LTD - 20,00,000 warrants, SHANKHESHWAR METALS PVT LTD - 20,00,000 warrants, SHALIBHADRA STEELS PVT LTD - 20,00,000 warrants, SHANTI TRADELINK PVT LTD - 20,00,000 warrants and SUCHAK TRADING LTD - 20,00,000 warrants.
