ACC allots 5425 shares

ACC Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated May 14, 2009 by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board, 5,425 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme.

Under ESOS 2001 150 shares were allotted and 5275 shares were allotted under ESOS 2004.

Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,76,84,768 shares to 18,76,90,193 shares of Rs 10/- face value, as of date.

The stock was trading at Rs.734.15, up by Rs.30.20 or 4.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.750 and low of Rs.700.

The total traded quantity was 134192 compared to 2 week average of 145948.
