Kakatiya Textiles to Shift Registered Office

Kakatiya Textiles Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 24, 2006 has decided to shift the Registered Office from Nalagonda district, Andhra Pradesh to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
