OBC Updates on Tier I Capital

Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) has announced that the Perpetual Bond Issue of the Bank (Tier I Capital ) has been closed on November 30, 2006 as per the terms of the offer document and full subscription amount of Rs 250 crore has been received.
