Lakshmi Overseas to split shares

Lakshmi Overseas Industries Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 01, 2006, have accorded to the sub-division of existing equity shares of the Company of the face value of Rs 10/- each into 5 equity shares of face value of Rs 2/- each.
