Graphite India EGM approves sub-division of equity shares

Graphite India Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 01, 2006 have approved sub-division of each equity share of the nominal value of Rs 10/- each into 5 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs 2/- each.
