Ashika Capital Ltd ("Manager to the Offer"), on behalf of Morries Trading Pvt Ltd, Mr. Ashok Kumar Mishra & Mrs. Punyam Mishra ("Acquirers") has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement ("PA") to the shareholders of Vision Corporation Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the Original Public Announcement ("PA") dated September 06, 2006, pursuant to and in compliance with Regulation 10 & 12 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto ("Regulations").
