Man Industries equity shareholders & secured creditors approve Scheme of Demerger

Man Industries India Ltd has announced that the secured creditors and equity shareholders of the Company at their respective court convened meeting held on November 30, 2006, have approved the Arrangement embodied in the scheme of Demerger between the Company and Man Aluminium Ltd.
