Country Club India to issue 8600000 warrants

Country Club India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Board Meeting held on May 07, 2009, has approved the proposal of issue of 8600000 Warrants (convertible into Equity Shares of the Company) to Mr. Y Rajeev Reddy, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, at a price to be determined as per Clause 13.1.1.of SEBI (Disclosure of Investor Protection) Guidelines - 2000.

The stock was trading at Rs.15.65, down by Rs.0.40 or 2.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.25 and low of Rs.15.30.

The total traded quantity was 85414 compared to 2 week average of 357087.
