Vertex Spinning Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 08, 2006, considered to acquire 100% of shares of M/s. Green Cottage & Resorts Ltd in order to create 100% wholly own subsidiary of the Company to start the Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate Business.
