Bhushan Energy buys 35 lakh warrants of Orissa Sponge from non promoters

Orissa Sponge Iron & Steel Ltd has announced that on December 20, 2007 Company had allotted 35,00,000 warrants to M/s Prakausali Investment (India) Pvt Ltd (PIPL) i.e. to non promoters. Now PIPL has sold the same warrants after lock-in period to Bhushan Energy Ltd.

The Orissa Sponge stock was trading at Rs.334, up by Rs.2.95 or 0.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.334.90 and low of Rs.326.

The total traded quantity was 85974 compared to 2 week average of 29303.
