Sundram Fasteners EGM approves 1:1 bonus issue

Sundram Fasteners Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on November 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the issue of Bonus shares of Re 1 each in proportion of one new Equity share of Rs 1/- each for every existing Equity Share of Re 1 each held by the Shareholders on a Record Date to be fixed by the Board of Directors of the Company in due course.
