Lakshmi Machine EGM approves stock split

Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on November 30, 2006 have approved the sub-division of the face value of equity shares from Rs 100/- each into equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
