Lakshmi Machine Board approves interim dividend

Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 30, 2006, inter alia, has decided to pay an interim dividend @ 150% (i.e. Rs 150/- per share) on equity Shares of Rs 100/- each.
