Core Projects shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order of the Honble High Court of Judicature at Bombay a meeting of the shareholders of the Company will be held on December 23, 2006, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the compromise or Amalgamation proposed to be made between Software Technical Services Inc, USA, with the Company and their respective shareholders and creditors.
