Asahi Infrastructure raises US$5.98 million through GDR Issue

Asahi Infrastructure & Projects Ltd has announced that the GDR Issue of the Company for US $ 5.98 Millions has been fully subscribed and closed on April 28, 2009 and allotment has been made of 2,991,000 Global Depositary Receipts underlying 299,100,000 Equity shares of Rs 1/- each at par by the Board in its mceting held on April 29, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.0.77, up by Rs.0.03 or 4.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.0.77 and low of Rs.0.77.

The total traded quantity was 12950 compared to 2 week average of 8020.
