Bank of India announces Q1 results

Bank of India has announced the following Unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2006:

The Bank has posted a net profit of Rs 2087.30 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 1717.40 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2005. Total Income has increased from Rs 18589.00 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 to Rs 23317.00 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.
