Sellaids Publications forfeits 350400 shares

Sellaids Publications India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2009, has forfeited 3,50,400 partly paid-up Equity Shares of the Company on which call money has not been paid.
