With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Shree Ram Shares soar on speculation", Shree Ram Mills Ltd has clarified that the Company has not given any such news item or leaked any such information to any media person.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company has not tied up with any investor for private placement of shares.
