Ashapura Minechem Ltd has announced that the Company have been informed by Shri Chetan Shah, Promoter and Managing Director of the Company that Ashapura Industrial Finance Ltd, a Promoter Group Company, has acquired 87,000 Equity Shares of the Company from the Open Market on April 21, 2009.

The Stock was trading at Rs.28.95, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29 and low of Rs.27.70.
