Jindal Saw Board recommends dividend

Jindal Saw Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 28, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 5/- per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each (previous year Rs 4/- per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each) to be approved by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting to be held in December 2006.
