DGP Securities to sell DGP Hinoday Industries stake to Mahindra

DGP Securities Ltd has announced that in terms of the Share Purchase Agreement dated November 24, 2006 between the Company and M/s. Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, the Company has agreed to sell its holding of 29,79,420 equity shares in M/s. DGP Hinoday Industries Ltd to M/s. Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd at a price of Rs 64.16 per equity share.

The sale of the shares shall be subject to the aforesaid Agreement.
