Neo Corp International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 02, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve the Issue of Share Warrants convertible into equity shares to the promoters and other strategic investors as per the SEBI guidelines and all other rules and regulations as may be applicable.

To Fix up the date, time and place to the hold the Extra Ordinary General Meeting to approve the above.
