Gujarat Incatel to change name, enter into entertainment and animation business

Gujarat Incatel Telecommunication Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 15, 2006 has transacted the following:

1. Recommended the Change of Name of the Company for approval of the members.

2. Recommended the change of Object of the Company for approval of the members to into entertainment and animation business.

3. Recommended for the approval of the members for the change of Registered Office from Vadodara to Mumbai.

4. Fixed December 18, 2006 to hold the EGM to consider the above matters.
