DMC Vaults EGM approves name change to DMC International Ltd

DMC Vaults Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on November 25, 2006 have approves the Change of Name of the Company from "DMC Vaults Ltd" to "DMC International Ltd" subject to necessary approvals from Central Government and other applicable statutory bodies.
