Gitanjali Gems acquires 100% stake in Desire Lifestyle

Gitanjali Gems Ltd has informed BSE that in line with the Company´s policy of Strategic acquisitions, the Company has acquired 100% Shares of Desire Lifestyle Pvt Ltd for further expansion in retail operations.

Further the company has informed that Desire Lifestyle Pvt Ltd, Company incorporated under Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office in Mumbai, is engaged in the business of retailing of jewellery.

By way of this acquisition of shares, Desire Lifestyle Pvt Ltd has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
