DMC Vaults enters into an agreement with GTM Builders & Promoters

DMC Vaults Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into an agreement with GTM Builders & Promoters Pvt Ltd, an entity belonging to Sri. Balaji Group, reputed real estate developers in north India. The Company has agreed to acquire FSI for 4,50,000 square feet @ Rs 100 per square feet for development and construction of residential flats at Alwar, Rajasthan. The project will be completed within a period of 3 years and will cost around Rs 50 crore.
