Force Motors Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 23, 2006, has approved the transfer of assets and liabilities of the Heavy Commercial Vehicles Division to the Company's Subsidiary Company Man Force Trucks Pvt Ltd.
Further the Company has informed that, the Board has also decided to invest a sum of Rs 100 crores in the equity capital of the said Subsidiary Company Man Force Trucks Pvt Ltd.
