DMC Vaults Board to consider allotment of shares on conversion of warrants

DMC Vaults Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 27, 2006, inter alia, to consider and approve the allotment of 9,00,000 Equity Shares on conversion of 9,00,000 Convertible Warrants of Series 1.
