Nam Credit approves name change, logo change

Nam Credit & Investment Consultants Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 16, 2006, took note & on record the change of name of the Company from Nam Credit & Investment Consultants Ltd to BGIL Films & Technologies Ltd as approved by the Registrar of the Companies, NCT of Delhi & Harayna and further approved logo etc. of the Company & authorized to Mr Rakesh Bhhatia, Chairman & Mr Vinit Kumar, Executive Director & Company Secretary of the Company to take all necessary action for giving effect to the above said changes, wherever required.
