Remsons Industries to allot shares on scheme of amalgamation

Remsons Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 04, 2006 to make allotment of Equity shares pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation, as approved by the Hon. High Court of Bombay.
