Country Club to consider warrants issue on Apr 29, 2009

Country Club India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2009, inter alia, to consider the proposal of Issue of Warrants on preferential basis to the Promoters of the Company and others.

The stock closed the day at Rs.15.35, up by Rs.0.73 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.35 and low of Rs.14.65.
