Dwarikesh Sugar Board recommends 60% dividend

Dwarikesh Sugar Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 27, 2006, inter alia, has recommended for payment of final dividend @ 60% (Rs 6 per share) on the equity shares of the Company for the accounting year 2005-06.
